There are one thousand milligrams (mg) in one gram. Thus 0.4mg / 1000 = 0.0004g
You can do the others the same way.

Teaspoon is a measure of volume while gram is a measure of mass, so there is no direct conversion. A teaspoon of water will mass about 5 grams, while a teaspoon of gold will mass quite a bit more.
