Betsey johnson perfume spray broke

1. Look at the tip of the nozzle to ensure that it is still intact. If there seems to be a perfume buildup within the tip, simply run the tip under hot water and use a pin to pry any gunk loose. Press the nozzle tip gently down on the top of the perfume bottle to reattach.
2. Remove the tip of the nozzle if it will not spray and soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol. Apply the alcohol to the interior top of the plastic tube and let it sit for 10 to 15 seconds. Use a pin to slide down the center of the tube to remove any built-up gunk that may exist in the tube. This tube is what feeds the perfume from the bottle, to the tip.
3. Use tweezers to pull the plastic tube upward if it will not connect to the nozzle of the tip properly. The tip should snap onto the plastic tube; however, if it does not then the tube is too low in the bottle.
4. Return to the store, where you bought the perfume, and request a new replacement tip. Craft stores may also carry the replacement tips. The sprayer inside the tip may be off or uneven which will cause the perfume not to spray.
5. Exchange the perfume for a new bottle at the store. Manufacturers, especially if it is a new bottle, will replace the bottle at no charge. Depending on the store, you may be able to exchange the bottle even if it is almost empty.
6. Pry out the inner workings of the perfume bottle and dab the perfume on your skin, instead of spraying.Take the insides of the nozzle out by removing the tip, and use tweezers to remove the inner tube. Around the edge of the perfume bottle is a plastic encasement that will need to come off. Use a pocket or paring knife to loosen the edges around the encasement and pop it off. Under the encasement will be a metal ring that attaches the encasement to the bottle. Using the same method as the encasement, pry the metal ring off the bottle. Purchase a small cork to insert in the bottle to prevent a spill.

Don?t perfume ALL your pulse points

Don't perfume ALL your pulse points. You might just over do it, so choose carefully. Madame Coco Chanel did say, "Put on perfume where you'd like to be kissed." Advice from an expert should never be ignored. Three sprays for Eau de Parfum or five sprays from Eau de Toilette perfumes should be more than enough.

I bought a 60g/90ml JONTUE perfumed body spray last week and everytime i use it the perfume comes out from the front and the back of the nozzle. this caused perfume to drip. thank you natasha 072 080...

This is a common issue with spray types of perfume and cologne. It is very easy for the head to break.

The best thing you can do is to try and find another spray bottle of some sort and use its spraying device in place of the existing one. If that isn't an option, you could always exchange it for a new one if it is mostly unused. Most retail stores will replace it, just tell them it came like that.

If all else fails you always have the option of permanently removing the spraying device, turning your bottle into a pour style of perfume bottle. Then just wrap some plastic over the top to keep it sealed.

I hope this helps!

I have ferrari black perfume.i have used it on my body as well as on clothes also.i used 3-4 sprays, but it is not detectable and lasting..i have bought it from a good store.please give me some advice..

Try to spray the cologne directly on your body in places where it's unlikely you will sweat or wash off the scent. You'll often hear people refer to putting cologne on their wrists and neck specifically for that reason. Also, rubbing your cologne will cause the scent to become more faint so avoid doing that as well. I do a spray on each wrist and then another on my neck in order to get full effect of my expensive cologne.

Tip on perfumes

If your favorite perfume comes in a spray, you may want to squirt some on pulse areas from one foot away to get an even distribution. You could also spray it into the air 2 or 3 times, form a perfume cloud and "walk" right in.

How does Perfume effect ozone and health?

Ozone only attacks one other molecule faster that the double carbon bonds of most aromatics. So do most organic systems use them, and consume them. Perfumes are not currently used in large enough quantities to present a challenge to the ozone layer.
They do act as VOCs, and could potentially serve as one of the contaminants necessary to make ozone... before they were consumed by that ozone. After that, unlikely they'd continue to make more ozone.

What is different between Deo & Perfume?

Deodorants (abbreivated as DEO) are substances applied to the body to eliminate body odor caused by the bacterial breakdown of perspiration. A subgroup of deodorants, antiperspirants, prevent odor and reduce sweat produced by parts of the body. Antiperspirants are typically applied to the underarms, while deodorants may also be used on feet and other areas in the form of body sprays.
Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils and aroma compounds, fixatives, and solvents used to give the human body, animals, objects, and living spaces a pleasant scent.

What type of fragrance lasts the longest when sprayed? For example: toilette, parfum, body spray (like at Bath& Body Works)... etc. Also, any advice on how to keep the fragrance from...

The concentrate always last longer....oil-based fragrances are also long lasting..this is evident with "attar", which is arabic perfume oil....very snice smelling...although tooo much of it can get to your head....about the scent lasting the whole day...i believe its not possible...although some fragrances last longer on some skin types...your best bet is to keep trying the ones you like and see which lasts longer....or you can re-sprray during the day....lighter scents for the day time and sweet scents for the night time....
