here is a link which shows the exploded diagram for your washer - perhaps you can identify the part; https://portal.bsh-partner.com/portal(bD1kZSZjPTAwOQ==)/PORTALFRAME.HTM and here is the parts list; https://portal.bsh-partner.com/portal(bD1kZSZjPTAwOQ==)/PORTALFRAME.HTM at the top you can order parts direct from bosch. Here is the link to the user manual if you need it; http://www.bshextranet.com/files/techtoolbox/WFMC3200uc.pdf If you have no luck with this then; Best thing you can do is to take a picture of the part and where you think it came from, and either post it again here or e-mail it to your nearest bosch dealer (page 26 of the manual has a phone number). Hope this helps :) ps - if you do contact them, please tell Bosch how good the access to their product literature is - if all manufacturers did this our landfill sites would be half as full - they deserve some praise :)

first unplug washer then there are 4 half inch bolts on the motor holding it to the frame take those out unplug the motor harness. then twist it out you may have to take the hoses off. then there are 3 torxs screws in the pump take them out and put new belt on same way you took off and then reverse the steps and you will be ok

i would assume that perhaps you did not wind hte belt correctly arround the legs of the pump and therefore are not putting the correct tension on hte pulley(remember to hook spring back up to tension idler?)

you may have a bad bearing in a pulley, could be motor coupling. Take belt off and spin motor shaft and pulley both ways if it's free, then its more than likely not the motor. Now spin the drum with belt off and see if it does the same as with the belt on if it does it has to be a bad bearing or coupling to the drum. hope this helps

Testimonial: "Thanks for your input. I'll look into it. If the problem is a bearing, is it an easy fix or should I start saving for a new washer?"
Door won't unlock
Did all of the water drain out of the washer during the spin? Select DRAIN & SPIN to remove any water remaining in the washer. The washer door will unlock at the end of the drain.
Is the door locked and is the "Add Garment" light on? Press START/PAUSE once. The door will unlock.
