Tonight, get a battery flash light, turn it on, put it in the fridge and close the fridge door. Then turn off all the lights in the room. If you can see any light escaping around the fridge door, the door seals aren't working properly, and need replacing.
This is the main reason why too much water is being condensed and causing your fridge drip tray to overflow.

Amana furnace model amv9 has water dripping from the exhaust outlet. the exhaust doesnt seem to be clogged and the overflow for water to run into doesnt seem to be clogged. water is makign its way int

You did not say if you have a dehumidifier or air conditioner installed on this unit. If those are not installed on it then the only place moisture could be coming from is down the exhaust connection for the flue. If one or both of those items are installed then the issue is the drain trays might have debris built up that you cannot see.

Kenmore refrigerator model 795

Hi,

This is a simple fix but will take a little time to correct this. First of all, empty the freezer of food and shelving, ice maker if you have it also. The back wall in the freezer is a false wall, so gain access by removing screws and harness from top left corner. By the way turn off the unit or unplug it!! Now at the bottom of the unit far back you will see an ice glassier in the bottom middle is a drain hole that all the water is to exit after defrost. Well because its blocked with ice the water overfills and leaking into the refer section. Make sure you can use hot water to clear this out but make sure you cleaned out the entire drain system before reassembling this to restore cooling. Once clear you problem is solved.

Good Luck

I have a AEG OKO Favorite 675 dish washer and if you start it or open the door it sounds as if it is just draining all the time, what can be wrong?

Hello Barbara, I have one of these dishwashers and this is what happens. There is a drip tray in the bottom of the machine that catches any leaked water. There is a float switch in the drip tray that detects water in the tray. If there is water in the tray, the float switch turns on the drain pump. This will immediately pump all of the water out of the machine and keep the pump running until you remove the water from the drip tray. The pump only pumps out the machine but does not pump from the drip tray. Also the pump will keep running even if the door is open or if the machine cycle is stopped. The only way to stop the pump is to turn off the electricity supply. But also turn off the water supply at the same time, because if the valve that feeds water into the machine is faulty, it will fill the machine till it overflows and if the power is off the float valve cannot turn on the drain pump. On this machine, the solenoid valve that let\'s water into the washer is at the end of the inlet pipe when is connects to the water supply. It is powered by line voltage (230 volts in our case). If this is faulty, it can be replaced with a commercial solenoid valve. The is a two core cable running inside the outer plastic pipe on the inlet pipe. This carries the power to the solenoid valve.
To empty the water from the drip tray, remove the panel from the front of the washer. It is below the front door and has two screws on each end. When you remove this you will see a hole on the left that is big enough to put your finger through and feel if there is water in the tray. If there is, push through a small plastic pipe and suck out the water. It does not take much water to switch on the float valve, maybe the door was not closed properly and some water leaked into the bottom of the unit.
I gained the above knowledge by bitter experience.

Ice maker not making ice

Not sure what model you have, but recommend you check to see if there's not a cube stuck in the dispersal unit. If not, then check plastic water supply tube in the back of the icemaker, sometimes they freeze solid and won't let water flow into the ice tray. I've had to use a hair dryer to defrost it if the freezer temp gets too low. Also, sometimes the ice maker inadvertently lets too much water enter the trays and it slightly overflows, which results in the freezing of the gears and paddles of the maker and you simply have to chip away the excess ice that overflowed the trays. If none of the above are the case, make sure you still have a solid water supply to the back of the unit, if the line runs outside of the heated portion of your home, it could have frozen outside of the fridge. Hope this helps.
