Question about Sewing Machines
This panel must be rebuilt before it will work properly. Unfortunately, it must be sent to Janome Corp. the manufacturer of this machine and they will only deal with their authorized dealers..Find a local authorized Dealer by going to (Janome.com) and look at the Dealer Locater.
This repair is probably going to cost more than $300 and all the covers have to come offthe machine to remove this panel. Have them service it at the same time. It shouldn't cost that much more.
This is a good machine and if you really don't need BIG embroidery then there's no reason to trade it in.
