When either of them is loaded in memory once, it remains there and takes over the graphing features of the calculator. If one is loaded in memory it must first be unloaded before you can use the other. To recover the normal calculator behavior both must be unloaded from RAM. Overwrite one by the other, and uninstall the other. That will not delete them.
If you have the CD that came with the calculator, the apps are on there. If you can't find the CD, you can download the apps from
You can download them to a computer from http://education.ti.com and transfer them to a calculator using the USB cable, and/or you can transfer them from one calculator to another using the unit-to-unit cable.
First, turn it on. Once the calculator is on, press the "2ND" key (I
believe it is a blue key in the ti-84 plus silver edition). Now press
the plus key (+). A little above that key, you should see the word
"mem." When you see the screen titled MEMORY, move the cursor all the
way down to the option that says "Reset." From here, you can choose to
reset either the RAM memory, or the factory settings. The factory
settings are the "Defaults" option. I hope this helps.
The easiest way to fix this is through the Apps menu. Hit the apps key, then scroll down until you see any language(espanol, Deutsch, etc.). It should give you the option of switching to either that language or restoring to English. I just tried this on a calculator that was set to German. I hit Apps and scrolled down until I recognized the option for Spanish, and it still worked. It let me switch back to English. Hope this works for you.
Yes i know exactly what that is. This happens when you are in mirage OS and you set that option. What you need to do is take out the batteries when its on or go to mode and press alpha and s (LN) and then it should ask for self check say yes and press enter for like ever. I prefer to take out the batteries Then quickly go to memory and delete the avtar. It should do the trick.
the best way to get all your applications back is to link your friend's ti-84 plus and make a file backup, ( do this by first installing Ti graphing Product CD wich is included with the calculator) after this just connect your calculator and store the files back onto your calculator! ZOMG??? IS it that easy???
yes it is, just apply some clear thinking and ull be just as smart as i am
