IPAQ 1900 just not working
I have an iPAQ pocket PC H1900. I lost it for a while and when I found it I had lost everything. I couldn't charge it so I bought a new battery. The new battery apears to be fully topped up as when I put it in the screen went on and will not turn off. All there is on the screen is:
