Netflix says i need to install silverlight but it is already installed

Run 'Windows Update' to get the most-recent security-updates to Silverlight. If that fails, use 'Add/Remove Programs' to remove Silverlight, reboot, and use 'Windows Update' to selectively reinstall Silverlight.

Hi,

Make sure that you are running the latest version of Silverlight, first uninstall any other version from your Control Panel > Programs and Features and then try to install it again. If you still get problems with the installation then run the Silverlight cleanup from http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/C/9/6C970550-32AB-4235-9CDD-7FC9DD848BBB/silverlight.diagcab

If after running the Microsft FixIt you still have issues then reply here with the exact error messages you get.

It sounds like you have deleted the program files instead of uninstalling it. go to www.filehippo.com and there you may get the same version of silverlight and install it. then uninstall it from the add remove menu.

Silverlight says my processor does not support its installation.. Any suggestions on the issue? I have a Intel Pentium MMX 233 MHz processor. Thanks

The reason that it won't work is because your processor is WAY too slow to handle anything that uses Silverlight. Unfortunately, you'll have to use a new computer to be able to use Silverlight.
