Try to repair your old operating system, and mostly your problem will get solved. The reason for this error is SOME 'DLL' FILE IS DELETED BY SOMEONE MY MISTAKE. So after installing the same operating system on to it may fix the error. If still same problem persists, remove your old OS and install it again, the problem is solved................
