CHECK THE WOOFER SETTINGS FROM THE MAIN MENU. AND CHECK THE WIRE CONNECTED TO UNIT. CHANGE THE WIRE, IF STILL NO SOUND, GET IT REPAIRED TO YOUR AUTHORISED PERSONNAL.
