Confirm that the vehicle is a "neutral or negative to earth. If its 12 or 24 volt. Get hold of a bulb with the same voltage with a socket and wires ( These can be bought as "test lights cheaply from any auto parts store) and connect 1 end to the body of the car (on bare metal or screw head) and the other end to the wire you are testing. If the globe lights straight away with the key off, then that's your permanent active, if it only lights when key is on accessory mode or engine run position, then that's the "switched active"

I have a 2006 hino my question is this is the third time in 2 month my Hino truck lost power they say we changed the fuse this time my truck lost power and the check engine came on

unlikely as a wiring harness problem will be constant
Ask what fault codes were reported and if they do not know , that would indicate that they are guessing
find another Hino service dealer and have the codes read first

Hcan i obtain an electrical wiring diagram for a hino bus modelrc3274a thank you

contact the manufacturer if it is a genuine Hino make. Most busses are just chassisis ( in this case Hino truck) on which a coach builder builds the cabin. In that case contact Hino on google ---technical division or customer service and quote the model and ask for the schematics. If it is a custom built by a coach builder ( plate somewhere near the door -dash -engine bay etc contact them and see if they can supply the schematics for the wiring that they do.

Find a positive full time power and a acc positive

Usually modern cars have this wires in the DIN connector of radio slot, battery (yellow wire) & under key (red wire), if you need more power to powering an amplifier or other heavy electrical load you can connect a wire directly to battery positive pole, the negative can be connected directly to car chassis, be sure that the wires used for this last application are at least 4 mm of diameter.

98 expedition cranks when no one is in the vehicle and no keys are in the ignition

Hello, Start by looking under the hood at the starter Relay. Unplug the small wires and your starter should stop spinning. If it does not, then the Relay is bad. If it does not spin continue with the following steps.

You need to put a test gauge on the small wire you removed from the starter relay. You can test with a light or with a Voltmeter. Either way, your goal is to kill the current in this small wire. The small wire gets its power from a series of switches. The Ignition switch can be bad and may be providing full-time power.

Before you replace the Ignition switch, look under the Drivers' dash and see at the top of the brake pedal for another switch. These get hit and broken by feet all of the time. If the switch appears broken or out of place in its holder, correct that problem and observe if the test device shows no power to the small starter Relay wire.

You have diagnosed or fixed the problem and avoided pulling out a good Ignition switch. If the problem is still there, then you need to try a new Ignition switch. You will need to remove the plastic steering column cover and position the Ignition core to either ACC or RUN position to remove the key core. Remember to press under the switch to release a spring-loaded pin.

While you are attempting to remove the Ignition, the Battery will need to be disconnected several times. This is because the Interlocks need power to allow the key to turn, but you do not want full-time power while you have the key in ACC or RUN position.

I hope my Solution is very helpful to you. You should be able to repair your problem with what I have given you.
