What is 9 to the 2nd power plus -7 to the 3rd power plus -6 to the 2nd power x 5

I never know if these questions are serious, but I'll play along.

Remember the definition of a power: it's a number multiplied by itself that many times. For example, 4 to the 3rd power (4^3) is 4 X 4 X 4, or 64. So the problem you list can be written

9^2 + (-7^3) + (-6^2) + 5, or

9 X 9 + (-7 X -7 X -7) + (-6 X -6) + 5

Don't forget that negative X negative = positive when multiplying.

81 + (-343) + 36 + 5 = -221

Thanks for your help. But I dont see any text explaining cable/connector for, only these was there: ''4-6 Power switch'', ''+2-1 HD_Led'', ''+5-1 SUS_Led'', ''+3-1 Power_Led'', nothing more. How do I know...

where you see the + next to " +2-1 HD_LED" this means that the connector for the hard drive LED should be plugged onto pins 1 & 2, and that the " color " part of the conenction should be on pin 2, because pin 2 is your positive lead...

4-6 Power switch - Does not matter wich way it is plugged in, as long as it's plugged onto pin4 and pin6

+2-1 HD_Led - Hard drive LED - Pin2 is positive, pin1 negative
+5-1 SUS_Led - suspend LED - Pin5 is positive, pin1 negative
+3-1 Power_Led - Power LED - Pin3 positive, Pin1 Negative
