?manual? when you go into your BIOS at the bottom of all generic BOIS consoles, there are F1 - F12 options. one of these will be: restore to failsafe settings" and the other "optimized settings"
the rest you can tweak manually. as far as a manual goes you must be referring to the motherboards manual, and it only touches on BIOS and CMOS settings.
