I can't get the seat/carry cot off the base/frame

The large white square buttons have to be pushed inward to release the seat / carry co, the side opposite the brake lever has a small safety switch that has to be slid forward before you can press it in. If it's still stuck use some silicon spray to lubricate the buttons than use brute force. I man is useful for this *-)

The piece that you pull down to put the brakes on broke off, what can i do

Bugaboo don't sell parts for the frame only the complete frame. The frame would be around $400 in the US but would increase the resale value of your buggy by at least $300 as you'll have the latest red handle brake lever and levers instead of wing nuts on the handle extention. Your old frame would be worth around $50 on eBay to a buyer who has a brake lever but another kind of fault on their frame. Go to www.bugaboo.com to order as new frame.

1. Loosen the plastic catches on both sides
2. Push up the red safety lever and fold the seats in half
3. Step on the top rim of the rubberized, lower compartment of the buggy to fold the frame

Do you still have the frame? I have the toddler seat as my frame broke! Any chance of selling it? Or I could sell you the seat.

I have been given a near new emmaljunga pram- it's navy blue with the white tyes and blue steel all in great working order. The problem we can;t figure out id how to turn the seat attachment to face the...

Where the seat attaches to the frame (on both sides) there is a lever that you undo to release the toddler seat - the lever is on the handle side of the frame. Unlock the lever by pulling it towards the handle, then taking hold of the toddler seat slide it towards the handle. This causes the toddler seat to release and allows you to tilt it and lift out. Turn the seat around and reverse the process, remembering to attach the "lock end" first. Hope this is clear!

You need to push the red buttons underneath the seat.  This releases the seat's connection on the back bar.  Next sort of wiggle the seat until you can push it forward and then separate the seat from the frame. Then to collapse the frame, look for the piece half way down the frame that looks like it can slide. Slide the pieces up (on both sides of the frame) until you can fold the frame in half.  It is still pretty bulky.  I dont think the seat part collapses any further.
Hope it helps.
