hi, try using the object push in your settings. this happened to me and i had to install a program from my work and then object push. worth a try.....

You need to reset the Parrot first.
Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.

It's possible that you need to reset the parrot - seems it might only accept pairing with one phone. On mine you hold down the red and green keys together until she tells you that she is clearing the memory, then she prompts you to pair your phone

1. Continue trying to pair the devices - it worked after ca. 10 -15 attempts - however this was in conjuction with:
2. Hold your device close to the Parrot mic. -this in conjuction with1. worked for me.
