Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
My konica 2330 copier has a smearing at the bottom of the copied paper, i adjust the density, but still the smear is still there. do i need to call a technician for this?
Yes most likely it is a fixing unit issue where the toner is not being melted to the paper properly. Usually there is pressure tabs on each side of the unit that can be released to remove jams, if one is up or broken it can be the cause esp if the smudges are only on one side. If not the fixing then could be drum blade bad as well. All in all you will probably need a tech.
