SOURCE: i don't know exactly how to thread the bobbin on

Hi,

Wind the thread around your thread guide, then onto the bobbin winder spindle. Pull the thread through the small hole at the top of your bobbin. Push the obbin winder spindle to the right, loosen the center of the flywheel, depress the foot pedal of your machine and the bobbin starts winding with thread. When it's full of thread, cut the thread and take the bobbin out of the bobbin winder spindle. Hold the bobbin so the end of the thread is counterclockwise to you. Slip it into the bobbin case, then pull the thread through the notch on the feeder plate and back over the top of the bobbin. Replace the hook cover plate. Thread your Janome according to the directions for the model number, then thread the needle. Pull the thread so about three inches comes out of the needle.
Tighten the center of the flywheel. Lift the presser foot, hold the excess thread with one hand and turn the flywheel slowly with your other hand as the needle descends and comes back up. Look for a little loop of bobbin thread just under the presser foot. Pinch this loop, pull it up and push it to the back of your machine. Turn the flywheel again if the loop doesn't come up under the presser foot. If this doesn't work, turn the flywheel in the other direction. If this second attempt doesn't work, remove the hook cover plate, take the bobbin out and pull the end of the thread so you get a longer length. Put the bobbin back in, replace the hook cover plate, raise the presser foot and, holding the upper thread, turn the flywheel once more so you can catch the bobbin thread.

SOURCE: Hello my empisal sewing machine D270 is skipping stitches and sawing nicely if I press reverse button. Please tell me what can I do . I tried to thread and fix the bobbin but still not working.

Be sure you are using a brand new needle that is compatible with the thread and fabric you are sewing.

ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot when threading the top thread.

My empisal designer 800 keeps knotting the under thread when i sew

Is it the bobbin thread or the upper thread that is knotting under the fabric. Usually, it is the upper thread, which means the problem is most often the upper thread.

Install a brand new needle.

Remove the thread. Use only good quality thread--NOT old thread or bargain bin varieties.

ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread the upper thread from the beginning. Verify that the thread path is correct.

Check that the bobbin is installed correctly and threaded accurately.

Set the upper tension to the midway point and test your machine.

If there are still issues, you may need to have it serviced.

My bobbin case for my celebrity empisal 550 get the cotton all tangles around it and falls out of its casing

Make sure the thread is exiting the bobbin correctly. The part that the bobbin rests in is called the "race" and it has a small slot. Be sure the thread is unwinding in the right direction. Take the bobbin out turn it over and replace it. The thread will "exit" differently. There is an adjustment on the race that controls tension of bobbin thread. Try them all.

Loosen your needle. Turn your handle towards you. You may have to turn a little hard. Now, throw that needle away.Take your fabric away and check the area where your bobbin goes and clean it out of fabric and thread. Now load your bobbin again and load a new needle. Pull your thread up from the bottom by turning the handle towards you while holding the needle thread with the foot down. Now look and place something under the foot and slide it forward while still holding the needle thread. The bobbin thread should come up. Let me tell you this though. Adjust the bobbin thread before you start. This is done by placing the thread in the carrier (usually unwinding counterclockwise) and place the thread under the tension spring. Hang this from your finger and bob it up and down lightly. It should fall about one inch. If it doesn't then loosen. If it falls too far then tighten.

Why is the bobbin thread not picked up while sewing on a empisal goldline machine, model 2288?
