Accessing the Factory Set Point Menu for the
    Ingersoll-Rand Intellisys Controller

In order to access the factory set point menu for the
    Ingersoll-Rand Intellisys controller,

    1. Stop
compressor. 'Ready To Start' must be displayed in the lower left corner of
      the display.

    2. Press
      the Menu button twice.

    3. Press
      the Load button once.

    4. Press
      the Unload button once.

    (The button
    sequence must be completed
    within
    three seconds.)

Factory Set Points will now be displayed.

When installing a new controller, configure the factory
set points menu and then return to the main menu and configure the operator set
    points and integral sequencing.

This information should be copied from the old controller
and used to program the new controller.

For and SG controller use the following instructions to access factory setpoints which will allow you to change the pressure setting. Note : look at the metal data tag affixed to the compressor for the correct pressure setting. (eg: 125 psi) do not exceed the data tag pressure or premature damage to the compressor and personal injury may occur.

To access... Power must be applied to the
compressor with READY TO START showing in
the display.... press the center (MAIN MENU)
display button two times and then press the LOAD
button followed by the UNLOAD button, all within
three seconds.
To change settings... The values of the Factory
Setpoints can be changed using the same buttons
and procedures used to change the Operator
Setpoints. Refer to the Operator's Manual for
details.
To exit... Press either the STATUS or MAIN MENU
buttons. If no buttons are pressed within 30
seconds, the display will automatically return to
the Current Status screen showing Package
Discharge Temperature and Airend Discharge
Temperature

I'm working on a Ingersoll rand 100HP stationary compressor with an intellisys 39875158 controller.

Make sure the model of your compressor is design for 160psi if not the main motor trip off and safe valve pop. Goto Main Menu, Operator setpoint+select, Offline/Online+select, arrow up and down to change value.

I have an ssr-epe250 and need to change the pressure setting from online @93 & offline @ 103 psi. i need 125 psi. i just changed the controller and cannot get back to operating specs i need.

controllers do not come setup for a specific compressor. you need to be able to get into the factory setup.you will then be able to change rated pressure, horsepower etc. look at the name plate to get rated pressure. once the rated pressure has been changed you will be able to set your operating pressure to 125 online and 115 or less offline
