Go to setup mode
(Func + Setup Keys Together)
"Printer" is first line of text, Press Enter
Scroll down 4 times using Down Arrow
"Burn Temp" is selected, Press Enter
"Burn Temp is 0?" Using the Up/Down Arrow you can increase/decrease the burn Temperature. +2 or 3 should do the trick.

Your printer firmware got corrupted or if yu tried to upgrade, it did not complete successfully. Most probably you will have to do a firmware install
