You can either use green slim in the tires or replace the intertubes

Why do you not just pull the tyre off the rim on the outer side & check fot what caused the puncture/leak... Check the tyre valve first....

Front wheel alignment tow

take a measurement at the tyre wall half way up the tyre from left to right tyre. repeat the process at the rear of the front tyres at the same level subtract the smaller from the larger and that is the tow in/out you have Tow in is when the front dimension is smaller than the rear and the amount of tow in is the difference in measurements. It should be about 1/8 to 1/4 inch

Lawn tractor rear tire flat

The bead of the tyre is tight on the rim, you need to apply force to the edge of the tyre close to the rim edge, use your weight stand on the edge with some good boots it will eventually give, the problem will then be re sealing it, your local car tyre shop may be the best bet.

The tyre keeps going flat. The valve on the inner tube was replaced and the tyre pumped up, but by the time I got the tyre home it had depflated again. There was a worn area on the inner tube and there...

Not a guru on Bertini but most strollers with pneumatic tires use standard tyres and tubes as used on kiddy bikes. I get tyres for Bugaboo's at my local K Mart. The size should be on the side wall of the tyre.

I just got on my son's C-90 Boulevard, and there is no front suspension. Steers like a tractor. Is the suspension adjustable, no sign of oil leaks on forks.

The suspension is not adjustable.

Mine was like that when the tyres were worn out, what about tyre pressure, I find running the front tyre about 5psi over the recomended pressure on the tyre plate helps.

Just under handbrake there a button it showing on dashboard when turn key off brake light stay on

This is probably the run flat tyre sensor telling you that one of the tyres is down. Check the pressure on all 4 tyres, and get them all to the proper pressure. The button under the handbrake is a reset button for the run flat tyre sensor. With the engine off, hold the button in and keep it held in, start the car up, keep the button in until the light goes off. If it doesnt go off, just wait 10 or 15 seconds, then let go of the button. The warning light should go out. If this happens again, check your tyres again as you may have a puncture that you don't know about.

Diferent size tyres front and back is this normal?

That is normal, most motorcycles run different size front and rear tyres. My BMW has a 21" in the front and a 17" in the rear. The tyre you buy should match your riding style. Don't get a race tyre if all you do is communting, the tyre will wear out too quickly. Expect to pay $150 or so for a rear tyre, perhaps a little less for the front. Mounting & balancing is normally $20-$50 per tyre. Many shops will not mount a tyre you bought somewhere else, keep that in mind if you order tyres from the internet.

Front tyre is flat..

I've had two flats on the back tyre on my jane power twin - the first time myself and my husband bought a tyre puncture kit and fixed it. The second time we tried the same thing but the puncture was in such an awkward position that the patch wouldn't adhere to the tyre so I needed a replacement. I went to my nearest Mothercare shop which sells the power twin and asked them to order me a new tyre. It took a week but the part came it and it wasn't just a tyre it was a whole back wheel. They charged me 10 euros (7 Stg approx). Hope this helps.
