Question about HP Photosmart D7360 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an HP Photosmart 8250 Printer. The message on the screen is "Pump moter stalled" Is there a solution to this problem?
Try this I have had machine similar apart On the left hand side (Facing the printer) behind side cover sits a micro pump for the ink. Pull cover and check that belt is OK from gear to micro pump. You should be able to just turn back and forth- not too much, the large pulley on the pump. There will be some friction here..... I think you can turn on machine OK with this cover off and see if pulley is turning
