Question about Dell Latitude D830 Notebook
Well you not going to like this but you have to take your laptop apart there is a small battery inside that store that info and once unplugged it will reset the password... I recommend finding instructions for the proper way to disassemble your laptop ..... altho sometimes this battery can be found on the bottom of your laptop under one of the small panels that can be removed but not usually ... most the time its under the keyboard or even deeper inside the system ....GOOD LUCK
