2004 Toyota highlander steering wheel is locked but turned halfway, key wont turn and wheels are straight

there is a load on the lock pin in the steering column try turning the steering wheel a bit left or right to release the pin as you try turning the key.
Steering wheel locks never lock straight ahead as the idea is that if the car is being stolen it will turn a circle rather that move straight

I would recommend a fresh install of Windows. Back everything up with the 1GB installed, turn off PC, install the second stick of RAM and then go straight to installing Windows.

Connection and battery charging

Try to turn it off while connected, mine works normally and I can turn it on to use it while connected to the pc cable and then it doesn't communicate with the pc, or charge I think. When I turn it off it goes blank for a moment and then shows the USB symbol and communicates with the computer.

Computer turns itself off alot

Is it going into stand by or actually shutting off? The only way to tell is when you turn it on does it jump straight into windows or does go through a list of things including how much memory there is?

Last night I turned-off my PC througg Windows and when I pushed the power button this morning nothing hapened. There is no sign of "life" from the PC.

Check the power source to the computer (both ends of the cord), if a surge protector is in line with the power , remove it and plug the computer straight into the wall. also check the wall plug with a lamp or something to ensure power there. make sure the switch on the power supply hasnt been changed to the 220v side.
If no power at the wall- check your breaker box in the house
If it works plugged straight into the wall- check the surge protector
If power at the wall and plugged straight into the computer (no surge protector) and nothing lights up when you turn it on- have your power supply checked.
