Boot into BIOS setup and make sure all USB-related settings are enabled, especially 'boot from USB' or 'legacy USB support'

SOURCE: best graphics card support

You'll be able to fit the 9800 card in to the PCI-Express slot for the motherboard.

The problem then becomes for you, do you have sufficient power going to the card (it'll have plugs that attach to it as a part of the video card when purchased) but more importantly, will it even fit in your case? The graphic's cards are large and fairly bulky, so be sure to look at the dimensions of the card along with if you'll have enough room to house the new card within your tower.

SOURCE: My pc won't boot from

you are saying two differnt things here.. CDROM and DVD if its a dvd in a CD ROM it will not boot a windows disk if somehow this is written to a DVD Is it original?
Secondly is the Cd ( or DVD drive) actaully working. Being listed in CMOS does not guarantee that.

I know you have listed the drive as DVD but do you have 1 or two drives installed and not have the disk in the recognised drive.; have to eliminatge all possibilities of werror in interpretation here.

So assuming everything appears as it should, then the medial in the drive has to be considered at fault .. dirty disk.. drive needs iris clean, not an original disk, damaged disk, not a boot disk.. just a windows cvopy.;

Windows 7 will also work with this motherboard. Just make sure that you install a minimum of 2GB RAM for you to take full advantage of Windows 7's Aero feature.

Everytime I install the drivers the computer reboots ; using the drivers setting and ethernet Gigabyte 82566DC LAN , very confused and tired of it.

Try doing a safe mode reboot. When your computer reboot press down on F8 button and select Safe Mode. This will only boot minimum components of windows, and some drivers. This will give you a chance to go over your device hardware manager and make sure you got the correct drivers for correct windows version.

Pci memory controller

Hi,
This is to do with the interface control between the motherboard and your graphics card. For instance, if you have a nVidia graphis card, the latest driver for your particular card will contain the PCI memory controller information for you operating system.
So get the latest driver for your graphics card and see if the yellow exclamation mark disappears..

Hope this helps
