Some keys wont work

Your keyboard has a factory defect. Return it to the store or manufacturer and let them give you a new one.
If you waited to long and your warranty has expired take it to a repair shop. There is nothing else you can do...

How do I replace one key?

You will need to gain access to the keybed, remove screw from back of keybed the fix it to the base of the keyboard. Slide the keybed back making a gap of about 2cm at the front of the keybed.

Look at the back of the key towards where it pivots and you will see a small arrow, push something like a credit card between the keys at this point and the key will pop up, you can then slide forward releasing the key.

If you need more info please ask.

Just ran out of card space in my unit and I still have songs that need completition and I cannot pass it to my computer CARD IS FULL that is the message that I get what do I do?

You should be able to remove the card and plug it into your computer... you might need an adapter.
Other than deleting to get space on the card there is not much else you can do. Replace card with larger... it can go to 32Gb. Remember to format a new card beforoe use.

Hello, i am from Greece and i represent one young and famous Greek singer. We use the psm 900 on stage and the batteries need to be replaced within one hour from the first use.So, we need to do this 2-3...

Shure's spec is that you should get 5 to 7 hours of CONTINUOUS use. There is OBVIOUSLY a problem.

First thing to check is what brand batteries you are using... some cheap ones from "C" have only a fraction of the energy content as name brand ones.

Second thing is expiration date on the batteries.

Next is to check the current drain of the bodypack with aa meter and compare to the specs for the battery. A good AA should deliver 2000 maHr.

The last thing is to realize that you CANNOT use rechargeable batteries in these devices. The rechargeables have a lower voltage and the circuitry will cut off MUCH earlier than with alkaline batteries. I would expect rechargeables to fail within 1 to 1.5 hours in this unit. As the rechargeables age, it would become much worse.

Ydp 223 some keys are starting to stick to on the downstroke when not struck with a perfectly vertical stroke. varying degrees of affliction. instrument 2 years old thanks for any help

Yamaha keyboards can be prone to sticking keys due to the rear part of the key cracking around the return spring - if this is the case the only solution is replacing the affected key modules. However this problem generally only occurs with long term use by very physical players.
Otherwise the problem may be caused by a build up of dust / fluff between adjacent keys - try raking out the spaces with a thin piece of fairly rigid plastic (maybe a credit card might work?)

Where is the thermal fuse located on the Follow Spot?

Follow the wires internally. Close to the lamp you will find part of the wire that looks covered in another shield or wrap. Usually the thermal fuse is soldered in-line there. Chauvet will supply parts directly. Per their website: Call our Customer Service Department at 800.762.1084 (press #4). Tell us what part you need, we will give you the part?s cost plus shipping. Then we request your credit card information, charge your credit card, place the order, and ship out the part to you. Hope this helps, Dan
