What means sb pwr


'SB' stands for StandBy. When the motherboard is connected to the power supply but not turned on the SB voltages are supplied to different parts of the motherboard. In some motherboards you are able to charge devices like Phone without powering on the computer, that's because of the SB.

The SB in turn triggers other voltages used for the motherboard.

The letters PWR are lit up on my dash board. i want to know what that might mean.Thank you.


HI ther littletexas THE letters PWR is indecting that the transmission is
POWER mode witch means the transmission will tack longer too shift in too the next gear. ECO lit up means the transmission is fuel saver mode .

System wont power on unless mb power connector on mb is reset


by mb pwr connector do you mean the swich on the pc case that you press to turn it on or do you mean the large block connector form the power supply ?

If you mean the case switch then you have a faulty one that is sendinga constant signal and locking up the power supply

PWR, short for power (12volts dc.) For example: PWR. windows, means Power windows.
SRS is Safety Restraint System. Seatbelts /airbags etc.
EZO -? have to get back to you on that one unless another tech can answer it.
