There is a bar that pops in place to keep the seat from reclining. It can definately be a pain because we have currently misplaced ours also and I am looking for a way to reorder it. Good Luck!

I have a second hand Safety First Quicksmart Stroller without a manual. There are 6 steps to unfold the stroller but I can't get past step 2, it's the part that allows the wheels to swivel around to face the right direction. I can't see a visible button or leaver. Any help will be gratefulyl received.
