WGI Blade Infrared Game Camera, 8.0 MP Model: T8i20CA2 Can this camera capture picture of animal as small as a mouse and be used in the attic

Yes, but does depend on how you set it up; motion sensing and intervals. If all else fails, set it to time lapse, 1 second intervals, and you will find your critter. Also, consider an infra red light to brighten the area in which the camera is recording. Finally, I suspect bats. Hard to find and noisy at night. Worse in the winter. Sorry about that. Let the bats be - not harmful and are a declining species which eats an enormous number of insects.

2 of my 4 night owl cameras are blurry and do not have a clear picture

My guess... Daytime is fine... night time is the problem...??

So without anymore system details I'm assuming your CLEAR cameras are in a protected location... from minor fog to a wee bit of moisture in the air which will reflect (glare) back into your UNCLEAR camera's picture.

Although you CANNOT SEE the infrared light... the camera sees it much the same as having your HIGH-BEAM headlights GLARE in the fog.

To prove it you need only change your clear cameras with your

Additionally you will find spiders think these lights are a great place to put up their webs...

My solution was to get INDEPENDENT (IR) LIGHT sources and to disable the lights inside the camera.

Ultimately I replaced the cameras with the HD/PTZ cameras that work in low light and infrared.

You could just put up BRIGHT motion lights... and clean the spider webs off your cameras... (I did it for years!)

Every time i take a picture in low light or at night its blurry.

Set the Scene Mode for the appropriate Night landscape or Night protrait setting. If you are just taking in a view, then use Night landscape at nighttime (objects in the foreground could be out of focus in this mode). If you are photographing any number of people, animals, &/or objects at night, then use Night portrait (digital zoom would be unavailable in this mode).

In order to set the Scene Mode…
1. Enter scene mode: MODE in shooting mode --> SCENE (use the multi selector) --> OK.
2. Enter scene menu: MENU --> choose desired scene --> OK.
3. Frame the subject & shoot.

DON'T MOVE!! Nikon USA: "Slow shutter speeds are used to produce stunning night landscapes."

Animal Pictures

Unfortunately, you have run into the problem with most consumer-type digital cameras. They have a slow setup time before actually taking the picture. Then the data from the image sensor needs to be written onto the memory card before the next shot. So by the time the camera's ready, the moment you wanted to catch has passed.

One thing you can do is take photos at a lower resolution than the maximum setting. Not as much data means a little faster operation. But one of the main things the professional digital bodies give you is the faster setup time.

Fuses keep blowing

Re check the connections, it sounds like you have a short in the Wireing harness. If you park you car where there are lot's of small animals link mice, squirels ect. They come out this time of the season looking for things to chew on and make a home out of.
Sorry for the shot in the dark but it does happen and if you do park your car where there are lots of small animals. Fabric sofener's in the car like under the seat keep's them away.
Good luck and hop this helps
