What failed? Burner fails to come on (no hot water)? Tank leaks? With so little information to go on, it's impossible to diagnose your problem.

Testimonial: "Sorry about that. I was trying to do a search and it got sent out as a question. I have a GE Powervent water heater that is occasionally going out on a safety but restarts when the power is cycled. The last failure was discovered after we were away for a week and came home to no hot water. I cycled the power and all has been well since."

Why is Yellow hot water coming from Polaris HE ?

Because yellow water is probably going in. It is probably rust from iron pipes or hard water. It could be sulfur. This could happen with a well system with a water softener that has failed or non existant. I do not think it is but it be your tank failing. How old is it? They do not last forever.

Sunbeam hot/cold water dispenser is leaking from looks like copper tubing that goes to tank. Model # ylr-5-87h3 what could my problem be

Broken solder connection.
Continual expansion and contraction of metal due to hot and cold extremes will cause metal fatigue. The most vulnerable place is at the join. Other places can fail, but usually the solder join will fail first.
Buy another one and support economy.
Make sure next unit is connected to cold water line, and not hot water line. If hot water dispenser is connected to Hot line, then it will cause water heater to run each time water is drawn through dispenser because cold water immediately enters tank.

You might also consider installing small tank under counter. Tanks are less glamorous than hot water dispensers but tanks are more reliable long term than instantaneous water heaters.

You do not say whether your water heater is gas or electric but in either case there are some basic clues to failure identification. If you have a gas water heater, you should hear the burner ignite periodically. If not, the pilot light or igniter may have failed. If you have an electric hot water heater, the circuit breaker may have tripped, the thermostat may have failed, or the heating element or elements may have failed

Adjusting water level on hot water heater

The water heater should be filled to the top at all times, there is no water level adjustment. The relief valve is probably failing and needs replaced.

Failed Bosch AE125

Contact Bosch 800-283-3787, or service technician.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Bosch-Tankless-water-heater.html

Product has 10 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship, failed parts, failed heat exchanger for original homeowner with receipt. But does not cover neglect, failure to follow maintenance, installation etc. Pg 23 example manual
You generally have to pay for service call to verify installation, then send tankless into factory, or have service technician repair unit, at your expense minus cost of parts

BLINKING C2 AND 11

Before calling service technician, copy following link for troubleshoot resources:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Rheem-Tankless-water-heater.html

C2 11: failed ignition, clean combustion parts, low gas pressure, failed gas solenoid, failed gas control valve, loose wiring harness, sand carbon off igniter, etc

Tankless require monthy-to-yearly maintenance to avoid common error codes. The product manual recommends yearly service. Since Rheem does not post service manuals, you generally have to pay somebody to take apart and test the unit. The cost of this far outstrips expected savings from owning expensive water heater that requires lots of maintenance, yet is heavily promoted as the solution to water heater problems.

Never install tankless water heater is best way to avoid complications of expensive water heater that is maintenance heavy, hard to diagnose, expensive to fix, etc.
Never expose tankless to more than 11 grains hard water.

Sounds like you have cold water entering the hot pipe, or crossover.

(A) Put bucket under water heater overflow pipe, and stand back from scalding water. Gently open and close the TP relief valve on water heater. Check temperature of water to see if heater genuinely has hot water.
It could be the water heater has sediment build-up and is no longer able to heat the water, or the gas thermostat is bad.

http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-install-gas-water-heater.html

(B) If water heater has hot water, and hot is not getting to faucet, then you have a crossover problem somewhere.
1) This problem can be located at crossover point of a recirculation system, if re-circ check valve has failed.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Water-heater-recirculation-system.html

2) Failure of a single handle faucet cartridge can cause crossover.
Read how to test for crossover:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Crossover-on-single-handled-faucet.pdf

3) Other causes for crossover are a failed check valve elsewhere in the plumbing system, for example on the pool equipment. Also a failed mixing valve which is usually installed on top of the water heater so that some areas of the house like laundry room receive very hot water, while the kids bathroom receives lower temperature water.

The reset button is set up to open the circuit if excess current is drawn by a failed Element. It works by getting hot and switching off due to current above its rating. The burnt wiring more llikely happened over a period of time because of a resistive joint in the block getting hot due to the high current that water heaters consume. It seems that the element has failed if the reset button does not get the system working.
