Make sure all four wheels are in balance. check all steering ball joints.Check both front drive shaft CV joints two inner and two outer . If the steering pulls to one side when driving it needs a wheel alignment. if it pulls under braking ,have the brakes repaired.

When i push gas pedal my stearing wheel sudenly pulling left and then when i release gas it is go back. and this car has 5 speed manual transmition.

Front wheel drive ? it would seem that the right wheel is not pulling it's weight for what ever reason. In order for this to be corrected you will have to have the right front wheel hub and transmission inspected. That is what is causing it. The left wheel is being forced to do all of the work.

Not understanding you 3 wheel drive thing, But I believe that the Xterra are a front wheel drive based engine and if that is the case most front wheel drives will pull to right at excelleration and then to left under letting of excellerator. This is do to engine torque but if it is extensive you may want to check motor mounts.

Under acceleration the car pulls to the left but is fine under steady speed driving and tracks straight. Tire inflation is normal.

A front wheel drive car pulls with the same wheel it steers with. So if any part of the suspension,or steering linkage is warn , torque from acceleration will pull the drive wheel to the side. After 15 years on the road : my guess is warn-out tie-rod-ends. See a mechanic. It won't be cheap, but a hole-lot easyier !
