Holding the F11 key at startup will bring you to the factory restore prompts for Lenovo PCs. The factory reset is driven from the ROM BIOS and not the command prompt.

Turn on computer and tap F8 key till you get to the options screen(black screen).You will see "restore my computer to factory settings.
