remove the panel at the lower rear of the machine you will then see the motor there are two 13mm head bolts remove both of these, hold the motor and push it toward the front of the machine this will disengage it and it can then be lowered and removed from the rear of the machine remembering to disconnect the white multiconnector and the earth wire. Job done refitting is the reverse of removal.

Drain the water by lowering the hose into a bucket or something and then try it on spin, if it spins o/k then you probably have blocked pump or filter.
The filter is located in the large black hose that is fastened to the bottom of the drum, remove and clean.
Hopefully this will solve the problem.
Plz rate this solution.

This is normally a signal that is for a control fault. you will need to pull the power and shut this unit down for 5 minute.. if the unit continues to flash after this reset, you will need to replace the control board/timer in this case. it has failed.

The flashing door lock light is indicating that the door is not closed proerly.
This can be caused by a weak or broken spring in the door handle.
Another reason for this to happen, is a faulty control board at the top of the washer, a blown track will cause this.
This in turn, is usally caused by a fault on the motor.
Hope this helps.

the problem here is the machine is not emptying when its supposed to, you will find it is stopping at the rinse cycles. there is a sump underneath the machine that needs to be emptied. From my experiences, 9 out of 10 hotpoints that i would of repaired with the same problem as you are having is usualy caused by using the color catcher sheets, they are a disaster.
