Question about Ovens

EUEE63CS - was sold with "demo mode" wiring... which means all wiring disconnected at the read, except lamps. I'd just like a diagram or better still a photo of what fits where. I think I've managed to put everything where it appears to go, but I'd like to be sure.

More details: This is an Electrolux oven, model EUEE63CS, and all I am really wanting is a detailed colour photograph of the inside rear of oven.

Dude, get the retailer to get the service agent to fix it, that's either warranty or retailer cost.
I usually mark the wires with roman numerals when I demo an oven. I'm sure you looked for markings.
Did they disco at the elements or at the control board. I think the E*EE63 required a wire to be removed from a multipin plug, check for taped up wires. I can email a wiring diagram, but I don't have a photo of the top so it will be fun for you to follow.

F&p OB60SL11DEPX1 built in oven. Bought this as an off the floor demo. Just installed it. All the functions, clock etc work but elements not heating up. Troubleshooting says it might be in demo mode!!

It could also be a faulty circuit breaker. If one of them trips internally it may not trip the handle or indicate one is tripped. This situation allows only 120 volts to reach the oven instead of 220. That's why the clock functions but not the elements. To turn off Demo Mode:
1. Press SETTINGS 12 times. "Demo Mode" and "ON. Press (1) to OFF" will appear in the display text area.
2. Press the "1" keypad to change the Demonstration Mode setting to Off.
3. "OFF Selected" will scroll in the text area. Demo Mode has been turned Off.

MY OVEN WON'T HEAT

Hello - Does any part of the range work? I would recommend verifying that a fuse is not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Test the power outlet with a lamp, hair dryer, etc. Another questions, does "Loc" appear in the display if any button is pushed? The Oven Lockout feature automatically locks the oven door, prevents the warmer drawer and most oven controls from being turned ON. If so, press and hold CLEAR/OFF for 3 seconds. A beep will sound. LOC will clear. The "DOOR LOCKED" will continue to flash until the oven door has completely unlocked. Does the clock display "Sd" or "dddd"? If so, the clock is in sales demo mode. Press and hold the "BAKE TIME" button for 6 seconds to exit sales demo mode. If this does not prove to be successful, contact a professional to have EOC diagnosed and/or to confirm that there isn't a wiring failur

NE5_ problem code. Power source checked, no heat on any of the elements

It is not NE5_ (even though it looks like it) but MES_ which means that the oven is in messe (exhibition) or demo mode and everything works except it will not switch on heating.

On my oven, a H383BR-KAT this mode is switched off (and on) by setting the program switch to 0 (off) and simultaneously holding the + and - buttons for a few seconds.

This information is not in the manual for that oven.

F2 fault, continuous fan after clean cycle for Jenn-Air electric convection wall oven. I haved turned off power at breaker and restarted. Fault reoccurs. Oven is definitely cool. It has been 36 hrs...

The "F2" means the oven control senses runaway temperature. The cause of the problem could be the oven sensor, the oven sensor wire harness or the power relay board.
PS:please disconnect your oven from power supply completely before continuing.

Open the control panel and measure the oven sensor resistance at the control board. It suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.

If the reading is wrong do the same test at the oven sensor connection (where the sensor wires goes through the back panel).

If the reading is still wrong - replace the oven sensor.

If the reading is correct, check the wire harness and the connector itself (it's better to eliminate the plastic plug and hardwire the oven sensor).

If there is nothing wrong then the power relay board has to be replaced.

Kitchen Aid ovens - error codes

The F-3 error code typically means you have sensor problem. The sensor is usually mounted in the oven space up near the top of the unit. The first thing to do is turn off the circuit breaker to the oven. Do you have an ohm meter? I suggest if you don't to purchase one. They are relatively inexpensive. Maybe you can borrow one from a friend. Disconnect the sensor from the electronic control and measure the resistance. There should be a wiring diagram in the top of the unit that will help you to locate the sensor wires. Most sensors should read around 1100 ohms at room temperature. If sensor reads as an open circuit or has a very high resistance, it must be replaced. If instead it reads very low, then there is a short in the wiring. Some units have a fuse in series with the sensor. Check to see that the fuse has not blown.
