first thing,,,,make sure the speaker wires are not touching each other.
i dont think it would be a fuse because that would cut the sound could open the unit to check for a fuse or fuses.
if none of the above help, then take the unit to a tech.i suspect a blown channel which means a capacitor needs to be more thing...swap speakers over to make sure your speaker isnt blown

Question on craftman table saw S292.

Put the model number (it'll be something like "123.3321") in the Google search bar and you'll find a manual for download. Then list on Craigslist and you'll be rid of it quickly!

When sawing against a guide the back of saw moves away from guide can not hold it against it. Also center of blade around arbor gets hot and builds up gum. no looseness in bearing and saw turns free???

hi there
this happens alot with circular saws it usually means that the saw is out of alignment back to front this makes it ******* the tool because your going strait and the tool isnt its fighting it self ******* the motor and whole tool this happens easily setting it down hard throwing it in truck with other tools etc.. the olnly thing you can do to fix this is use solid work bench with tool unplugged lift safety set blade up against the bench then measure front and back from the bench this will tell you if its out of line if so you will need to take it to a tool repair shop to get it fixed
hope i have helped you with your problem thank you have a great day

When i release the brake it quits

I don't think you are releasing the brake, you are setting it.The brake comes on when the saw kicks back and hits something like your wrist, It engages the brake so that it doesn't cut your arm off, Grab hold of that thing and give it a good yank backwards, It should reset it, and you will be all set. If this is not what is happening, Then I don't know what you have got there, I have never seen a saw with a brake or safety lever like what you are describing.

I don't have any poulan saws mine are all stihl and homelite but they all have a chain lock on them .It is located on the front of the motor on top of the saw and if they are hit fairly hard they will lock down on the chain to prevent injury. Try to push the bar forward then pull it back towards the rear of the saw. You should hear it click when it resets.Hope this helps you. Thank you

Angle lever stuck

I am surprised at that amount of wear in so little use.
Apart from that the first thing to try is WD40 on any stuck item. But don't over force the thing as you might break something

It starts and runs but when you turn it off it won't restart.

I think the warm start procedure in the manual is causing it to flood. Try it like this, if you continue having problems reply below and we will try something else. PLEASE read #3 (Cold and Warm) a few times before attempting to start. Try it without 1/2 choke (your manual); completely open.
Start Procedure
  1. Ignition on/off to on.
  2. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  3. Pull (close) choke, set fast idle (done when choke closed on some saws); pull starter and listen for an attempt to start. once heard (usually two pulls; no more than 4).
  4. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  5. Push (open) choke pull starter until it starts. (usually first pull).
  1. Ignition on/off to on.
  2. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  3. Pull (close) choke, set fast idle (done when choke closed on some saws) – Do not pull with choke closed or at 1/2 choke position.
  4. Push (open) choke, pull starter until it starts. (usually first pull).
Hope this helps.

I have a McCulloch 3516, The oiler isnt pumping. The screen is clean and free of dirt in the resevoir but the saw isnt pumping out any oil?/ How can I toubleshoot/ fix this problem?

Your basic model number is 600035. There are 11-, 21-, and 22- prefixes used with 600035s. There are also a ton of suffixes with the 600035s. I think the suffix is on your saw immediately after the basic model number somewhere (usually on bottom of older Macs along with the serial number. The dash of the serial on older Macs is the prefix). I must defer to you to find your exact IPL, here:
McCulloch IPLs

I chose this one as an example "22-600035-58" for an IPL
The "Powerhead Assembly" lists an oil pump (1) and a worm gear (10). These are the most common failure on most saws but Macs have many more hoses than most. There are oiler components on at least 2 different details. It sounds as though you have done most of 1. Continue with 2. It appears the oil pump is on the starter side of the engine. and you may need to remove the fly wheel for access. I would examine every connection and perhaps try the "Kit Gear/Plunger Assembly" before trying to access the oil pump and gear.

Oil System Plugged.
  1. Remove the clutch cover, bar, and chain, clean the bar groove, any holes and passages on the rear of the bar (both sides, consider rotating the bar), if equipped with a sprocket nose ensure it rotates easily at least one complete revolution. Clean the saw oiler hole and channel. Insert a blunted, hooked piece of wire through the oil filler hole and pull the hose in the oil tank out. Pay attention to the screen or filter on the free end (clean or replace, difficult to determine serviceability). Start the saw and see if it oils when revved up. If yes reassemble your saw. If no, continue with 2.
  2. Work your way through the linkage cleaning and replacing any defective parts as you go. Carefully check the hoses for cracks especially at bends and connections. If equipped with an oil pump it is usually behind the clutch (clutch is a left handed thread). Please make extensive notes & some digital pictures will help during reassembly.
Please see the IPL to aid in oiler component identification. Good luck with your project

You can reply below with any questions. I hope you found this most helpful.
