a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi it sounds like it is a problem with the software on the camera unless it has been dropped or got wet taking that neither of these has happened then it is more than likely that the software will need reinstalling.
Now the only problem with this is that it can only be done thorugh a camera shop it shouldnt cost to much but i have never had to have it done so dont really know on the price but basing it on other electricals it should be relitively cheap.
If it has been dropped or got wet or damp if it has been dropped then it could be a number of problems and will need the board testing.
If it has got wet it will need the whole thing stripping down and then the whole board will need cleaning.
Sorry but their isnt much you can do yourself as it is not a problem with the settings or even anything you can replace.
Take it into camera shop tell them the problem and then they can inform you on the best way of doing this might mean sending your camera off let me know how you get on ok
