Question about Intel (RK80532PG0881M) Pentium 4, 3 GHz Processor
The poster probably refers to the computer itself as the CPU. (Not essentially a mistake, a common use of the term from history.) If so, the high pitched sound comes from a **** PSU. Changing it is recommended. It's taking it's dying breaths.
