A/c's are really not designed to cool below 70 degrees. If you are getting anything lower than that you are lucky. Now if this was a central air conditioning system you could have your contractor install a "low ambient control kit". I do not know of one designed for a window unit. (I do not understand why you would want it so cold).... As a last resort you could install oversized window unit. It may lower the temp to your wish. But it will not pull out the humidity. It will be cold..... but moist. Like a cold damp basement. I do not think that you would find this desireable.

    Good luck..................

You could replace the Thermostat with one that allows you to to set it lower, or get a different humidistat that goes from 0-90 , There is always ways around, Thus this great website.
If you need more details or where to purchase let me know.

How do i charge the airconditioner

On a Traverse the low side service port can be found on the return tube between the radiator and the engine down by the compressor. It is almost directly below the high side port ( about 2' below it).

When the airconditioner is on cool.Water comes from the airconditioner inside and dripping on the floor.

If it's a car air conditioner, your condensate drain line is clogged. If it's a home window unit, it needs to be tilted outward more. The downward tilt should be no less than 1/4" per foot. If your unit is 18" from the window to the back of the unit, the back should be 3/8" lower that at the window....minimum.

Every time i start my 98 buick regal ls my drivers window goes down

The only wiring schematic I could find for your car is for the 2000 Buick Regal, but I hope this helps,
since it gave me a reason why starting a car would cause the driver's power window to
go down, and no other window in the car - it has a special circuit component
(the "Express Down Module").

Its possible that the Express Down Module in the power window switch circuit has failed. This
module latches the "Express Down" switch in the "made" state until released by the "Express
Down Module." If the Express Down Module is latching the Express Down switch when it
shouldn't (at power-up) instead of when it should (at the window "down" limit), then the driver's
window would lower when the driver starts the car. The way to tell if this is the problem is to
note how fast the driver's windows goes down - if it goes down ALL THE WAY, then you know
that the "Express Down" circuit is involved (and therefore suspect the Express Down Module).
If the driver's window only lowers part of the way, then the Express Down circuit is exonerated.
See the various components of the driver's power window circuitry in the
2000 Buick Regal power window circuit schematic below.

I have a 99 grand am this summer i used the air conditioning, and very little cool air came out, alittle more when the car was going down the road. Now, it is cold outside the heat is doing the same thing....

Check to see if the intake for your heater core/ airconditioner is blocked. Its sometimes located on the passenger side of the car. Below the windshield. Sometimes there is kind of a grill below the window behind the hood. Make sure its not clogged full of leaves etc. You need outside airflow through that hole to go through your heater /airconditioner core to give you heat in winter, cool air in summer.
