Bake and broil isn't working. Traced power to the elements and they are getting power. Could it be something that is stopping the elements from working other than bad elements.

It would be very rare for both elements to be bad at the same time. Many times there is a thermal fuse in the circuit that will shut off one side of the power to the elements. This would prevent the elements from energizing in regular bake and broil as well as self clean. If it is only in self clean then there is a swicth possibly in the latch that is preventing the self clean from working.

I have the Samsung Electric Induction Range FTQ307NWGX. I had it on self cleaning overnight and experienced a power blip during the night. In the morning found oven totally out with door still locked. ...

Since I have not worked on one nor do I own one take this as a suggestion. According to the manual, you can't use the cooktop when in the self clean mode.

If I were you, I would make sure that the cooktop was shut off and then try to get the self clean to start again. If it will complete the self clean cycle then it will unlock.

BTW you can download the manual from Samsung, that has the troubleshooting guide for free.

Oven door will not unlock

Hello,, Some times this will happen after a self clean cycle if the timer did not finish the entire clean. Try to set the clock to start the self clean again then simply end the self clean. This should unlock the door. If the door remains locked. You may check the oven for an error code, or the door latch itself may need to be replaced. One other possible would be to turn off the power to the oven and try to let the oven control reset. leave the power off for about 15 minutes then turn the power back on. That will sometime work aswell. Good luck and feel free to call me if you need more help.

Solid black ink line on the back of any page copied, so heavy it bleeds through the paper

Hello. When you get ink on the back side of the paper that indicates that the printer roller [or platen] is dirty. To clean it get some paper towels and some rubbing alcohol. then, dampen a paper towel and start cleaning the roller. Carefully work your way from one end to the other and then all the way around the entire roller.

Self Cleaning problem

The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.

Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.

Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

Whirlpool RF367LXS Ceramic Glass Range not working

Almost every time I run the SELF CLEAN cycle on my Whirlpool Self Cleaning range, it fails to function after completing the self clean cycle, even though it completes the cycle of cleaning and unlocks the door. What I do to solve the problem, I power off the BREAKER for the range at the main electrical panel in the house and wait 30 seconds, then power on....and the whole system works just fine until the next time I clean it. This has been a problem from the beginning. My theory is that the electronics get heated up and, like a computer, the system stalls out and needs a complete hard reboot. Good luck!
