How do I enable my HDMI out on my Asus Crosshair II Formula Motherboard?

HDMI and VGA are part of the video card not mobo. I don't see ASUS placing an integrated video card on such nice board.

My mobo is not booting no post

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((MOTHERBOARD TO THE HARD DRIVE))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

Is your phenom Phenom-X3-8450e or AMD-Phenom-X3-8450 ?
8450e is suported by that mobo but in the asus suport page you wont find 8450.
Check here https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4A785M/HelpDesk_CPU/
8450e runs on 65w and 8450 runs on 95w.
Does your mobo run with your old CPU?

Asus mobo totally dead, no post, no beep, no power switch. help me please..

have you checked the power supply to make sure it is turned on, if so then proceed to the power cable and make sure it is plugged in to the back of the computer and the wall socket, if everthing checks out there take the side panel off of your computer and check to see if there are any little lights on the mobo if so then you know the mobo has power if it functioning properly the next step would be to replace the mobo with a new motherboard.

Computer won't turn on.

This sounds like an overheat problem, is your cooling fan working properly, also the processor you are using is a powerful one, so needs a cooling fan much more powerful than the lesser powered athlon 64 processors.
