Question about HP 190 Copier
When we power up this message appears on the screen with the suggestion to turn off and on again. Cycle repeats as long as you're willing to try it! My first guess is that the scanner lamp is out - either lamp ot HV supply. HP no longer services these directly and I am unable to find local central Maryland) service. If I can find documentation I amy be able to service it myself. Any suggestions?
Pleaz adjust the variables of scanner unit if no set then change complete unit ,i have also face this problem some times
