Question about HP PSC 2175 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I got a new cartrige and placed it in my printer. When I did the test print it did fine but when I try to print anything else it tells me I need to align my printer.I need to know how to do this. Can you help me. i have a simular problem. i changed the ink cartridge and did the test print and it was fine. i can print things off if i send it from my computer but i cant photocopy things =/ it just keeps asking me to allign the cartridges. how do i fix it?
You should have align printer option in your menu on the printer. under the tools menu or preferences. or you can do it from your computer. go under printer settings/ options and select service printer. you should see the option for it.
