Hello, Well this could be many things but all of them are related to bandwidth. The "mount full of marbles" effect comes from the fact that you packets are being delayed and messed up by your upstream connection. I would be interested in knowing what is you upstream speed on your internet connection.

This is usually cause by talking or yelling into the mic held too close to the mouth, 3-6 inches from the mouth and always talk in a normal tone and don't shout. Oh! my poor ears!!! Ha1 Ha!

Hello there, the problem with your phone is the mouth piece. The mouth piece has become faulty and therefore does not pic your voice for transmission. As it does not pick your voice therefore no sound is transmitted. The solution to this is to get the mouth piece or as some refer to it the mic changed by an expert. Once the mic is changed the phone will function as good as new. Hope this solution has been helpful?

When I make a call or someone phones me i can hear them but they cant hear me

It is most probable that your phones mic or mouth piece is damaged, the solution would be to replace it,
If you can find a mic or mouth piece part for your phone, you can change that by dismantling the phone and locating the mic piece(oftenly located at the housing itself, just below the keypad lines)

2100 mic jumper

when you call someone and they don;t hear you,it means that the mouth piece(mic) which is located at the bottom of the phone and allows people to hear is faulty and will need to be replaced.

When you replace the mouth piece(mic), people can now hear you.

Take care.
