The bottom of the bin on my dc07 opens as soon as I remove the bin from the vacuum causing any debris to immediately fall. Do I need a new seal or a new bin bottom

Actally u need a new release mechanism. Theres a rod runs down inside of bin assy.and a clip at bottom to lock.a new top part is an alternative if u can find a broken one from a local tip or recyling centre.theyre quite commonly skipped so a new part shouldnt be hard to find

The wast toner bin on the clx.3175 needs to be replace how do i remove the bin out the printer

Open door where toner cartridges are. On left side of cartridges below the Colour Letters is a small black handle. Just pull the handle and the bin comes out. You can't simply empty the bin and re-use, you need to order a new one from Samsung. Only costs $25 and just push in. Very easy, just need to wait for part to be ordered in and then collect it, which took me a week.

No suction on Roomba 560

Larger debris is usually the responsibility of the brushes. Remove the bin and run the Roomba-- are the brushes actually turning? If not, call customer support for a new cleaning head module. If so, remove the grill from the back of the bin. Make sure that the little fan inside is clean, then reinstall the bin on the Roomba and run it. If that little fan doesn't spin, your Roomba has lost vacuum suction and you need a new bin.

Broke the contact on the bin

There are two ways around this:

One way is to take the broken contact from the bin and tape it into the shredder so that it keeps the switch depressed.

Another way (what I did when I broke mine) is to turn the shredder motor upside-down, take the lid off (7 phillips-head screws), cut the 2 wires that go to the switch that gets pressed by the contact and twist them together (with a wire nut, or crimp it if you have a crimper). No more switch needed, and no need to purchase another bin.

Hope this helps,

-Wes

Bottom of dirt container doesn't stay closed

The catch/latch that is on the bottom of the bin button release has likely broken.
If you take out the canister (as when you are dumping the bin), and flip it upside down and then squeeze the bin release button, you will see that it moves a rod inside the cyclone assembly.  At the end of this rod is a plastic (plastic.. redundant, as the entire Dyson is practically plastic) latch that catches onto the bin's lid and locks it in place.  A broken latch means it doesn't lock the lid in.
What you need is a replacement latch.  Note that the "Bin Release Button + Rod assembly" that are sometimes sold on ebay do *not* contain the latch at the end of the rod.  Also the bottom bin assembly does not contain the required parts.
The cyclone assembly should have the full bin release rod + latch, so if you can't find the latch, then a new cyclone assembly would work also (but will cost more, obviously).

Nds roms not working

Usually when there are problems with booting roms on the r4 it is because the kernel is out of date. Download the latest kernel for your r4 at http://www.r4ds.com/download-en.htm
If the games still don't work, you might need to replace the arm7.bin file in the game. To do this, you will need to use a program called DSLazy. You can download it here. So to replace the arm7.bin, you will need a nds rom that works without the arm7.bin fix.
Step One: Start DSLazy.
Step Two: Browse for the file that works without the fix (I use Tetris DS)
Step Three: Click Unpack. This will create a new folder called NDS_UNPACK
Step Four: Move the arm7.bin inside the new folder somewhere safe. Close DSLazy
Step Five: Complete steps 1-3 again.
Step Six: Now open NDS_UNPACK that you just created with the game you want to fix and put the arm7.bin that you moved from step four into the NDS_UNPACK to replace the one already in there with the new one.
Step Seven: Click NDS Packer in DSLazy. This will create a new version of the game you want to fix with a new arm7.bin
Step Eight: You are done. Copy the game to your r4 and load it. The game should work.

If this didn't work, which shouldn't happen, try re-downloading your roms.
If it STILL doesn't work, there might be a problem with your r4, and you might want to get it fixed or get a new one.

~hope this helps.
