Question about Denon DN-C635
Every time I insert a CD into the Denon compact disc / MP3 Player DN-C635 I get a 'Tray Error' message. If I open the tray, rotate the CD, and close the tray, the machine reads it properly. Why am I getting this "Tray Error" message and how do I fix this?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

If you don't wanna send it for service, open the chassis of the player and free the CDs from the tray. Its highly likely that the CDs came off the trays and got stuck inside.

There will be a fuse in the circuit board which is meant only for the operation of the motor. That is very small and looks like a resistor only.you need a specialist to replace that.one wrong thing will short circuit the board fully.
If you need a service guide you can download from below website
