Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
It was working just fine when I got it , but a few days later my RCA TH1101 MP3 didn't come on . It wouldn't even come on when I had it hooked up with the USB jack . I replaced the battery , and that didn't do any good . Also , the USB jack part which is hooked to the MP3 doesn't seem to fit right. What is going on with this MP3 and what could I do to fix it if it is fixable ?
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
