Amp had a problem. Blown amplifier or power supply. It will need to be removed and repaired by a qualified tech. There's no way around it.

Do not need the amp need the # that goes to fan blower inside car for heat and air

There is a good chance that your issue is with the blower motor resistor and not the fuse. This seems to be a common problem with the 2005 especially. Make sure that the connector to the resistor has not over heated and melted, if it is you will need to have the pig tail connector replaced along with the resistor. The two fuses for the blower motor are number 34 and 36 in the under hood distribution center and are both 30amp.

How can i get a replacement 5 amp 125 volt fuse for a holmes twin widow fan

It's worth noting here that it's more about the physical size & shape of the Fuse thats needed to fit your Fan.
You don't have to use exactly a 5 amp @ 125v fuse.
Any fuse that Fits and is in the range of 5,6,7,8,10 Amp and even 230v is ok.
The fuse is like a piece of soft metal that will melt if too much current is being drawn by the device. The Amps & Volts only define approximately when the fuse link will melt (blow). But as the fan gets dirty and older the LOAD it draws might get slightly higher. Enough to cause the fuse to slowly melt. So a small to 6, 8, or 10 Amp should work just fine. A wiring short will still cause the 10 Amp fuse to blow thereby keeping things safe. The manufacturer uses a fuse that fits in the space he has allocated & allows the unit to run continuously without blowing on a slight load.
But it is only a safety device to protect the device from internal shorts.
It stops a shorted motor or shorted internal wiring from getting too hot and possibly causing a fire.
But a 20 or 30Amp fuse would still blow if it is shorted.
For example...If the 5 A fuse keeps blowing then you could try say an 8 or 10 Amp fuse. If that blows then their is definitely a problem with the circuit. Don't put anything larger than 10 Amp in.
It then needs to be looked at by a service technician.

The voltage rating on a household fuse isn't that critical.
It's actually the wattage it takes to melt the fuse link. It's based on the mathematics of Ohms Law (Watts =Volts x Amps)
But thats another story....
Cheers
Trevor

A/c pump and fan doeasnt run

Most common problem for fans and ac not working is a burnt up fuse panel on top of the battery. When you open the fuse panel there are 3 30amp fuses. The fuse box will melt around the fuses. Those are the power fuses for ac and fans.

30amp auto shutdown fuse blows is it alternater

The ASD relay supplies battery voltage (12+ volts) to the fuel injectors and ignition coil(s). With certain emissions packages it also supplies 12-volts to the oxygen sensor heating elements. The Fuel Pump Relay is a separate relay controlled by the ASD relay input to the PCM. Fuse #12 (10amp) provides 12 volts to the coil side of both the relays and the ignition switch. Fuse #6 (30 amps) supplies 12 volts to the output side of the relay. Fuse #16 (15 amp) from the relay output to the Oxygen Sensors and Fuse #26 (15 amp) relay output to the PCM. Fuse #24 (20 amp) is Fuel pump relay output to fuel pump. Fuse #19 (10 amp) supplies 12 volts direct to the PCM.
look for burned or melted wires in the offending circuit.
sounds like you wiggled a wire while installing new relay.

What fuse controls the radio and ac/heating in a 2002 Beetle?

A/C is protected by fuse on battery fuse block under black cover on top of battery.

These 30amp GREEN fuses burn out the holder. Check for burn and melting . Jumper Battery RED to individual small RED wires with another '' in line fuse '' of 30 Amp...obtainable from most car parts stores.

Radio has fuse in rear.

On Memera fuse box, 30 amp fuse catridge carrier gets very hot, in fact can smell the plastic melting, but why does the 30 amp fuse cartridge (definitely rated as 30 amp) it is carrying NOT blow (240 volt...

OK well at 120 Volts at say 25 Amps (well below blowing potential) that equals 6000 WATTS 6KW, on a near short circuit. going through it...You would melt TOO.
I always use Ceramic ones myself, look they get HOT real HOT, BUT shouldn''t melt.
But in saying that your Electric shower shouldn't draw that much anyway, in reality. it may draw 10A - 15A, at most? more like 5A - 10A,
So i suspect you have a fault to earth somewhere you need to call an electrician. You may just have discovered a very bad fault. Some sort of short or leakage to earth or something?
A shower shouldn't draw anywhere near enough current to cause this type of occurrence. Please disconnect it by tripping the breaker and call a professional. get that melted one changed anyway.
