I have this razor as well. Just flip the heads open, dump the hairs in the garbage and rinse the heads (while open) under hot water. Keep the heads open until dry and close on up.

It means that it's time to change the heads. You can purchase replacements at shaveroutlet.com. See link below.
Once you replace them, you will need to reset the indicator light. This should be covered in your user manual. If you no longer have your manual, you can view one at the link below

On Arcitec models, the whole heads simply pulls off the top of the shaver. See picture below.
