We are trying to connect to the internet wireless and it is giving us an error message code:52130 please advise?

This error is caused by a wireless router firewall issue.

To solve this error, try to manually setup the Wii console using your network IP settings.

To do a manual setup of the Wii console using your network IP settings :

  • On a PC, click Start > Run > type CMD and press Enter > type IPCONFIG/ALL and press Enter. On Windows Vista, click Start > type CMD in the Start Search box > click on CMD icon > type IPCONFIG/ALL and press Enter.
  • Locate IP settings and use them to manually set the Wii console.
  • Restart your wireless router by unpluging the power from the wall and plugging it back in. Try to connect the Wii console to the internet.

You may also try to disable the wireless router security or firewall. Try again to connect the Wii console to the internet.

I have tried connecting Cisco linksys router but it gives ERROR 322 NEW ROUTER OR GATEWAY NOT DETECTED...How can I solve this problem please advice

Use an Ethernet cable to connect from the network-port on your computer to one of the LAN ports on the router.
Click Start
Click Run
Type CMD
Press Enter
Type IPCONFIG
Press Enter
You should see output like:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.100
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

if the router has self-configured, and is ready for "wired" usage.

Then, start Internet Explorer.
Type http://192.168.1.1
Press Enter
Login to the web-server "inside" the router
Click to run the "Wireless Networking Setup Wizard" to configure it for "wireless" usage.

I have 3 wireless connected and 1 computer that is connected via wired lan to this router. The problem is whenever I use the computer with wired connection, I computers with wireless connection cannot...

On the "wired" computer:
Click Start
Click Run
Type CMD
Press Enter
Type IPCONFIG /RENEW
Press Enter
Type IPCONFIG /ALL
Press Enter
Note the IP-address assigned to the Ethernet adapter.
Note the date/time at which the router assigned the IP-address to your computer.

Repeat on one of the "wireless" computers.
The IP-address should *NOT* match the IP-address of your "wired" computer, and the date/time should be close, but not identical, to the valuesl from the "wired" computer.

Any error-messages from the 'IPCONFIG /ALL' command?

When typing 192.168.1.1 into my address bar I get a not connected error screen when I am connected. Trying to find the wep key to set up an xbox

On your computer, open a command prompt (Start>Run> type in CMD), and the type in "ipconfig" without the quotes. This will give you the IP address and the default gateway. Type the IP of the default gateway into your internet browser (it may not be 192.168.1.1). If it still doesn't work, try putting https://192.168.1.1 in the address bar. If that still doesn't work, then make sure you're connected to the router with an ethernet cable and not over wireless. Some routers do not allow wireless client computers to access the configuration page. Good luck.

I can not get my ps3 to connect wirelessly to the dsl-2640r router

You need to know what the error is first. Under Internet Connection Settings, make sure to choose Easy. Then scan for wireless network manually. If it found your network, highlight it and connect. Now it will asks you to type network key, that's the critical part. Make sure to enter the exact network key, it is case sensitive. If you can give us the exact error after connecting, we can give you the exact solution here. Try it first.

How to connect wifi network on my psp in india

well its a universal connection type. So you can still follow the standard guide. If this doesnt work let me know at what step you get an error and what the error code is. step 1 Your PSP will detect any wireless wireless network within its range as long as the wireless
adapter is switched on. The switch for this is on the left end of the PSP, near the analogue
thumbstick. If the switch is in the down position, the wireless network adapter is off; push the
switch into the up position and it'll turn it on. If you're not going to be using wireless
networking it's a good idea to keep it turned off as it'll make your batteries last longer.

step 2 When you turn on your PSP's wireless adapter it'll look for any wireless networks nearby. If
there's another PSP within range it'll automatically set up what's called an 'ad-hoc' network
between the two. This will enable you to play multiplayer games between the two PSPs with one
hosting the game and the other joining it. When you want to join an existing wireless network,
such as when you want to browse the internet, you'll be using an 'infrastructure' wireless
networking mode.
step 3 To connect to a wireless network, go to the home screen of your PSP and look under Settings. If
you scroll all the way to the bottom you'll find Network Settings, so enter this and on the next
screen you'll be asked to choose between Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure, so pick the latter by
selecting it and pressing X. Press O to return to the previous screen. You'll need to set up a
Connection. You can save the settings for 10 different Connections and you can choose between the
Connections you've set up whenever you need to use the Infrastructure network mode.

step 4 Pick New Connection and press X. You can give the new Connection a name by pressing X and using
the text-entry screen. Give it a descriptive name like 'Home Network' or 'University Network' so
you know when and where you can use it. When you've entered the name for your new Connection
you'll be asked whether you want to scan for WLAN settings or to enter them manually; select the
Scan option and press right on the directional-pad. Your PSP will then scan the area for any
available networks and collect the settings needed.

step 5 A list of available networks (called Access Points) will be displayed, giving its name (called an
SSID), whether it's encrypted or not and the signal strength. If there is more than one network,
use the D-pad to scroll down to the one you want to join and press X. You'll be asked to confirm
the settings so press right on the D-pad to scroll through each. When you get to the security
settings, choose the appropriate setting from the list, which is WEP in most cases, and press
right on the D-pad again. If you need to enter the WEP key, speak to whoever runs the wireless
network and they'll provide it for you. Press X and enter the WEP using the text-entry screen.

step 6 Once you've done that you can check the settings you've entered on the final screen and save
them. Now you'll be able to connect to the wireless network. If you return to the main home
screen you can now update your PSP's software by going to Settings and selecting Network Update.
Alternatively you can go to the Network section on the far right of the home screen to browse the
internet using the PSP's in-built internet browser. Or you can fire up that multi-player game
you've been itching to try out and get going!
Now you're online, if you need further assistance or get an error code please let me know and i
will be glad to assist you further. Thanks-Midwest-tek
