Question about Insignia Pilot MP3 Player
I have had it for nearly 3 years and when i try to syc music i get an error message. I have formatted it and it still will not work
After formatting, you must reinstall the firmware. Have you done this yet? If not, locate your firmware at Sansa (the pictured mp3 is an insignia, but, I'm assuming you want Sansa). Without the exact model #, all I can link to is sansa support: http://www.sansa.com/support

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
