Here is a link, that includes the wiring diagram:
http://www.forwardthinking.honeywell.com/related_links/water/aq2000/install/69_1974.pdf

It looks like the 'T-T' terminals match up with 'T-T' terminals on the Boiler Aquastat-- Do you see that control?-- and do you have wires between those controls.
Power to this Control Module is all the way to the left on the connector terminal board-- the ones that say:
R (1) C (2) - Power In

Also: Did you realize that this control is a modulating control-- Not just an 'On-Off' control?
This control has outdoor sensors, that modulate the temperature of the water temperature-- The warmer it is outside, the lower it sets the Hot Water Temperature-- thus saving fuel-- yet assuring that on very cold days, you still get Hot enough water to be comfortable in your occupied space.

When the timer on my boiler goes off the boiler & pump remain on, any ideas as my installer has no idea?

I would assume that there is something that isn't connected properly. You should contact a professional to see if they can come look at your boiler and more accurately diagnose the problem for you. Hopefully then you'll know exactly what the problem is, and you can get that resolved without having to stress out about it too much. I know that would make things easier for me personally.

I need to suppress the back voltage supplying my gas fired boiler

Have you thought about putting a diode in the input line ? or something similar never heard of this problem before and i would suggest that you consult a full time installer as they will have encounted this before and know what to do ,forget the diode thing i would expect that the wiring is wrong somehow and the supply is permant to the heater and the switch completes the circuit where i think the power shold go to the switch first then the thermostat and from their into the heater ignition system and yoyurs isnt in this order

Boiler not working

When the fan stops working it also stops the boiler. Safety.
Check that the fan is turning and blowing air out. You can hear it turning at the top of the boiler and at the vent pipe exit.
With the electrics off, remove front cover and test the fan by moving the blades by hand. Any element of stiffness or jerking or if the fan does not turn freely - replace. These have an induction motor - no repair
Check the electrical contact wires to fan are ok. If the fan is ok check also the 2 plastic tubes to & from the air pressure unit [usually close to one side of the fan] are intact [no splits or holes and will maintain pressure and vacuum] and fully connected to their metal terminals.
Next is to examine the pcb (the electronic board behind the switches) Look for any block connections loose and any obvious signs of black marks on the board. If the latter, replace

Have a burmham freedom cm120. There is mo error code. The circulators rum but boiler does mot fire up. Why is there mo error code for this problem? What do you thimk is wromg with it?

Hi,
If you have no codes then I would say that the problem is not within the boiler. It would be because the boiler is not getting signal to fire.
Open the flip down lid at the control module and find the low voltage terminal strip. Jumper #1 and #2 If the boiler starts then you have a problem outside the boiler. If not then it is inside.

You can find the terminals by looking on page 55 of this

http://www.burnham.com/pdf/Freedom_io.pdf

Now if it is inside your boiler then start checking out the controller settings. The warm weather shutdown may be active, or the temperature limita are such that it will not call for heat.
Programming those MCBA controllers can be abit tricky and sometimes a power surge can mess iwththier brain... :-)

I hope that this will help you to solve your problem!

Thanks for using Fixya!!
